Pork Bacon Ends

When a pork belly is sliced up for bacon, the belly may have an irregular shape, with which the end doesn't slice up as neat as typical bacon. This is where bacon ends come from. While they may not look as neat, bacon ends still bring our great bacon flavor to your table. If you have a recipe calling for bacon but you don't necessarily need the full strip, such as a great stew, this is the way to go. Easier on the pocket, too!
